The hibernation plan allows you to keep all your data (prospects, campaigns, reports) for 9.99$/month.

However, all credit-consuming and data-modifying actions are disabled, which means that all campaigns are set on Pause and you can't add new prospects to your database.

In order to do that:

  1. Navigate to the Billing > Subscription screen.
  2. Click on the Cancel Subscription button
  3. Select the Hibernation mode option on the left
