This problem occurs when you don’t have the same email settings in Pipedrive and Prospect.io.
To fix this please make sure you add the sending address you use in Prospect.io to your Pipedrive account.
Here is how to do it:
- Access Pipedrive Settings
- Click on “Personal”
- Click on “Email integration”
- Add the email address you use to send emails from Prospect.io
