The HubSpot integration allows you to keep prospects, contacts, and deals up-to-date. You can connect your HubSpot account from the Settings > Integrations.

Then you need to set up the following settings:

  • User mapping. Match prospects owners in Prospect.io with users in HubSpot if their emails are the same on both platforms.

  • Field mapping. Define how data matches between Prospect.io and HubSpot. Read more here.

Once the setup is done, you can choose between these 2 options:

1-way integration (Prospect.io > HubSpot)

Set up a workflow to create a new contact, a company, or a deal in your HubSpot account. You can create a new workflow for the HubSpot integration, or add the HubSpot step to any existing workflow in your account.

  1. Navigate to the workflows tab and create a new workflow or open an existing one.

  2. For a new workflow, configure the Enrollment Strategy.

  3. Add a HubSpot step.

  4. Choose the type of record you want to create (contact, company, deal).

If the contact is already present in your HubSpot account we'll simply use it for the deal. If the deal is already present in your HubSpot account we won't do anything.
