The HubSpot integration allows you to keep prospects, contacts, and deals up-to-date.

You can connect your HubSpot CRM account from Settings > Integrations.

Once the app is connected, you have 2 options: 

  • 1-way integration ( > HubSpot): set up an automation flow to create a new contact and a deal in your HubSpot account. Read more details below.
  • 2-way integration ( < > HubSpot): enable the bi-directional sync to create records and update info both ways.

1-way integration

You can create a new automation for the HubSpot integration, or add the HubSpot step to any existing automation in your account.

  1. Navigate to the Automations tab and create a new Automation or open an existing one.
  2. For a new automation flow, configure the Enrollment Strategy:
    - Set the triggers to choose how and when you want to create a new contact and a deal.
    - Set filters to select whether the automation should be applied to all prospects or to some specific prospects only.

  3. Add a HubSpot step to create a contact, and you can also choose where you want to create the deal

If the contact is already present in your HubSpot account we'll simply use it. If the deal is already present in your HubSpot account we won't do anything.
