Click tracking allows you to know whether or not your prospects click the links you share with them.

You can enable click tracking in your Tracking menu.

You may use's domain for tracking but we strongly recommend you use your own domain in order to make sure your emails get delivered, as Email Service Providers tend to be suspicious about links not pointing to the sender's own domain.

In other words, you need to create a subdomain that'll allow you to make your link point to your own domain, itself pointing to in order to track clicks.

In order to do that, you need to set up a CNAME (Canonical Name) record in your DNS (Domain Name Server) settings. The process varies from one host to another, please check with your network administrator or contact us at if you're experience difficulties with this.
