A drip campaign is a sequence of steps. Each of these steps is executed according to previously set time delays. A prospect will automatically exit the sequence after taking a specific action that you'll have determined as reason to exit.

Types of steps

There are 3 kind of steps in Prospect.io:

  1. Email
  2. Notification
  3. Task

Email steps are used to send cold emails to your prospects. An email is sent from your sending address (your own email account) to the prospect.

Notification steps are used to send a notification email to a specific user of your team. For example, they can be used for you to be notified when a prospect has received several emails and still hasn't replied.

Task steps are used to create a task and assign it to a user of your team. This is useful to take specific actions like requalifying or calling the prospect.
