The lists are the tags or labels, which you can use to organize your prospects. In you can create an unlimited number of lists.

Create a List from the Prospects page

You can create new lists and manage existing lists from the Prospects page. Just click the + sign in the Lists menu.

Create from the dropdown

You can create a new list directly from any list dropdown (i.e., in filters, while updating prospects, etc.). Simply type the name of the list in the search field. If the list doesn't exist you'll be able to create it directly from there:

In a prospect can be in multiple lists at the same time. If you need to add some existing prospects to a new list, you just need to:

  1. Select the needed prospects and click Manage prospects

  2. Click Bulk edit

  3. Scroll to the Lists section, select the Add to lists option, and choose the existing lists or create new ones.

You can add a specific prospect to a list from the prospect panel.

  1. Click on the needed prospect.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the Details block.

  3. Navigate to the List selector, choose or create a list.

  4. Click the Save button.

When importing new prospects from a file, you can select the existing lists or create new ones.


You can add lists and segments to the Favorites menu, which is shown above your other segments and lists, to have quick access to them.

To do so, just click on the actions button (three dots) > Add to Favorites.
