You can add one particular prospect or a whole list to any active automation flow in your account. When adding prospects manually, you can select from which step they need to start.
Add prospects individually
- Open the needed prospect's page, click on the Automation button.
- Select the needed automation from the list.
If you want the prospect to start the flow not from the beginning, but from a specific step, click Enroll on a specific step button and choose the needed step. - Click Enroll Now button to start the automation for the prospect right away, or Schedule Enrollment to select the date of the start.
Note: the automation needs to be ON.
Add prospects in bulk
- Navigate to the Prospects page and select the needed prospects.
- Click Manage prospects > Enroll in automation.
- Choose the needed automation from the drop-down list.
