You can add one particular prospect or a whole list to any active workflow in your account. When adding prospects manually, you can select from which step they need to start.

Note: to enroll prospects the workflow needs to be ON.

Add prospects individually

  1. Open the needed prospect's page, click on the Workflow button.

  2. Select the needed workflow from the list.
    If you want the prospect to start the flow not from the beginning, but from a specific step, click Enroll on a specific step button and choose the needed step.

  3. Click Enroll Now button to start the workflow for the prospect right away, or Schedule Enrollment to select the date of the start.

Add prospects in bulk

  1. Navigate to the Prospects page and select the needed prospects.

  2. Click Manage prospects > Enroll in workflow.

  3. Choose the needed workflow from the drop-down list.
    If you want the prospects to start the flow not from the beginning, but from a specific step, click Enroll on a specific step button and choose the needed step

  4. Click Enroll Now to start the workflow right away, or Schedule Enrollment to select the date of the start.
