Email Notification steps are used to send notification emails to specific users from your team.
For example: you can be notified when a prospect has clicked a link in your email.
How to send an email notification
Select one of the existing workflow templates with a notification, or add an Email Notification step into your workflow.
Then set up the notification itself:
Select the recipient. It can be the prospect's owner or any other user from your company.
Add the subject and the body of the email notification. We recommend using variables to easily identify to which prospect and workflow this notification refers.
