Notification steps are used to send a notification email or an SMS to a specific user from your team.
For example, you can be notified when a prospect has received several emails and still hasn't replied.
To send an email notification, you need to select the recipient. It can be the prospect's responsible or any other user from your company.
To send an SMS notification, the recipient needs to have a correct phone number in their profile.
