Update Fields step allows you to automatically make changes to the prospects that reached this step of the Workflow.
Which fields can be updated?
You can make changes to any information field, including the custom fields.
Also, you can reassign the responsible user, convert or qualify the prospect and add the prospect to a list.
Choose the field you want to update.
Click Replace current value with.
Enter the value you want to put in.
To clear the field, select Clear current value.
