The lists are the tags or labels, which you can use to organize your organizations. In you can create an unlimited number of lists.

Create a List from the Organization page

You can create new lists and manage existing lists from the Organization page (LINK). Just click the + sign in the Lists menu.

Add existing organizations to a list in bulk

In a prospect can be in multiple lists at the same time. If you need to add some existing organizations to a new list, you just need to:

  1. Select the needed organizations and click Manage organizations

  2. Click Add to lists.

  3. Scroll to the needed list.


You can add lists and segments to the Favorites menu, which is shown above your other segments and lists, to have quick access to them.

To do so, just click on the actions button (three dots) > Add to Favorites.
