SMS Notification steps are used to send text message notifications to specific users from your team.
For example, you can be notified when a prospect has clicked a link in your email.
Note: Each sent SMS will cost you 1 credit.
How to send an SMS notification
Select one of the existing workflow templates with a notification, or add an SMS Notification step into your workflow.
Then set up the notification itself:
Select the recipient. It can be the prospect's owner or any other user from your company.
To send an SMS notification, the recipient needs to have the correct phone number in the profile.
Add the text message. We recommend using variables to easily identify to which prospect and workflow this notification refers.
