If you get an error when trying to connect a sending address, please follow these instructions:
Check the applications connected to your Google account here: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?pli=1
If there are some unused apps please remove them, that will help free some connections to your Gmail account.
Sign out of Prospect.io and sign in again.
Try connecting your sending address now, here’s the link to the page.
When an error occurs with your Gmail account Prospect.io will send you an email to inform you about it.
Here are the steps you need to take in order to fix this:
- Remove Prospect.io from the authorized app in your Google account: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- Disconnect your account from Prospect.io: https://app.prospect.io/email
- Reconnect your account in Prospect.io
