Whenever you create or import prospects, you're required to assign them to a list.
1. How to create a list
To create a list, access your Lists panel and click New list at the top right of the screen.
2. List status
You can choose to set the status of your list on available or on archived. That setting allows you to sort the lists you need and the ones that are not needed or are better set aside at the moment.
You can archive or unarchive any list at any time by clicking Actions and then Edit at the right of the screen.
3. Move prospects to a list
You are free to move prospects from one list to another at will. Please note that a prospect can only be in one list at a time.
In order to do that, you need to access the Prospects panel, find your prospect and click on their name to access their page.
In the left column, click on the name of the list. You'll then be able to assign your prospect to another list.
